The rest of the story, which will be slipped in behind the page in the album reads:

"We ate like pigs the first day. Anne was pleased and cooked even more.  The second day we ate a lot more than we would have at home, but not so much as the first day.  By the third day we were not eating so much and Anne responded by pulling out even more, better tricks from the kitchen. It was incredible.  We just couldn't eat that much or that often.  At one point she was following Nina around with a bowl of soup, and really wouldn't take no for an answer.  When Sam told her to back off from Nina, she got her feelings hurt.  She feed us out of love, and we really did eat like pigs. We were on vacation, after all!"

Eaten in the fall of '91, scrapped and journaled 6/17/2004.
